Awesome.  What is the msrp on it? 41k? Local dealer has same bike, same color for 36k. Said they took 5k off but I believe they add "dealer prep" too. To them it cost 700 to wipe it off and push out into show room.  I keep looking at it and now someone scratched the front fender...they ordered another fender.  So if you don't mind...What was before tax or any other cost price?
And KBB trade value or retail?
 Thanks
Don't mind at all. MSRP was $41k, after discount it was $34,990. Trade was a 2010 FLHXSE in great condition, KBB trade in was $17,700 and I got a little over $18k. Prep was $475, pretty standard. They also gave me a 20% off card for any parts or service or apparel for the next 2 months before it expires.

Usually car dealers and I would assume bike dealers already get paid from the manufacturer to PREP the vehicle so charging the buying customer is just ADDITIONAL DEALER PROFIT. :nixweiss:

Not just an assumption.
