There is another part number listed but not illustrated that may be just the smaller Y-harness to accommodate the dual bulbs.  See if your dealer can look this one up and see if it's what you need.  It's about $34, versus approximately $143 for the harness with the garage door opener connections.

Has there been changes accessing Ronnies OEM Parts Finder?
I have been using it for some time and now the link takes me to a Dead End Page after I select the link to go to HD parts finder.

Go to a good local auto parts store.  Replacement pigtails for various different headlights will be a stocked item.  If they don't have a Y connector they'll have enough pieces you can make one.

This is the address I have set up in my shortcut for Ronnies, still works as of this am.  I have noticed in recent weeks the site is often slow to navigate.
