2011 SESG LED Headlight

in comparison to my friend's LED Headlight installed in a 2010 FLHTCUSE, my LED Headlamp (both are Harley Davidson Accessory Lightss) shakes like crazy at idle. Did I miss installing a shim or install incorrectly, or is this what I can expect?

Has anyone else ever installed this light and noticed these shaking characteristics?
Does anyone feel as I do that this shaking could compromise the length of service for this unit?

If it's shaking and the old light wasn't, it's not installed correctly or it's not the correct headlight for your bike.  The metal headlight support ring should securely hold the headlight to the metal support bracket with 4 small screws  The support bracket is very securely attached to the fairing with 4 torx screws.  Probably something simple.

Have the LED's on two different touring bikes and solid as a rock.
