2021 powervision for cvo touring
« on: October 14, 2021, 08:24:39 PM »

Received it yesterday and bike was in the shop for the 5k maintenance.  Bike has the hd high flow round a/c and the coo mufflers with 2.25 inch baffle change.  Fuel moto map. Installed with one running abnormality - erratic idle and unstable. Will stall out

The idle seemed to me to Be little to lean.  So I compared the ve tables between fuelmoto and the he stageone.  Yep to lean.    Changed the fuel moto map to equal the ha map from 700-1500 rpm and 3-30 tp.   Will ladit tomorrow and see how she runs

If it idles well — then on to auto tune

Update:  played with ve a/f and couldn’t get the idle problem solved.  So, I wanted to eliminate the possibility of a hardware problem and installed original separate tune and it runs fine.

So then I took the original tune and edited in fuelmoto ve tables and timing tables and installed that tune.  Runs great now.

Learned that the problem was in the timing offset table  so I left the hd values and no worries
