I found out today our Amigo Jorge is in need of our prayers. Jorge was in intensive care for his heart. It appears he had blockage and had 2 stents put in. He is at home resting. We have all seen the power of prayer in our cvo family with Barry's son Josh being able to move his legs after that terrible car wreck. The privilege of prayer is unique in that it not only ministers to the one we are praying for but it also ministers to us through our relationship with God!

I love Jorge and Martha and I know you do to. So please take a moment and lift him up to our Lord for healing. We have been blessed by getting to know Jorge and now may we bless him By praying for him in a time of need. God's Sweet Love to You All!!!

Sorry to hear of your health issue, but it sounds like you are well on your way to recovery. Very glad to hear your condition was diagnosed and treated before it became more serious. My father in law had the same procedure as you many years ago and has done very well with his stents. Get lots of rest and do as you are told!! We will pray for you...

I just got off the phone w/ Jorge. He is doing well. The heart problem stems from Martha finding out about the new bike!

In all seriousness, he had an artery 85% blocked in two places. He had an operation on Thursday and is home resting. He was able to ride the Springer for a few miles before going to the doctors last Wednesday. He is in good spirits and should be riding in no time.

Jorge we have two things in common no three #1 WPB Fla #2 CVO Springers #3 Heart issues I went for a check up last Aug and did not come home for 8 or 9 days had to have a quad 4 by pass no box of chocolates but the good Lord saw me through it . So hang tough and watch your diet it will help and run a mile every day HaHa the doc wants me to do 3 a day ... I told her to get a life or a Harley .....

Get well soon! If it's just stents you'll be back on your feet in no time. I had three stents inserted in my heart on a Tuesday this September, Came home on Wednesday and rode the CUSE3 to work on Thursday. The doctor said no bike for a week and I asked him to explain why when my bike is smoother then my truck and doesn't require me to climb to get on! He laughed and said ride it!

As a survivor of a heart attack 5 years ago I can tell you from experience that the stents are a great thing to keep the ticker tinking.

I too went for a ride on my sefb the day before going into the hospital, just couldn't pass up the great weather. Funny how a simple ride on a motorcycle can be so rewarding huh. My dear AMIGOS:

From the bottom of my heart I really appreciate all your wishes, thoughts and prayers to have a quick recovery. I don't have to words to express how happy I am to have all of you like mis amigos. God has listened all of you....Every time that I read a post here I felt better and better. I started installing OCD to my new bike today and I will be back to the office on Monday.

And riding soon again

Martha and myself would like to thanks to all who I have had the pleasure to know and all who I haven't had the opportunity to know (hopefully will be soon) for being with me in these moments that are so necessary.

Thanks mi amigo Ed.......OCD helps a lot but sometimes I need more power than I have and I don't want to be over my limit at these moments....so the exhaust are "almost" installed......

Jorge, It's great to hear that you are back in good health. I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures of your CVO Springer. I should have mine back in the next week or so. I took a look at it over the weekend and really like the look of the Wild1 handlebars and risers and all of the other OCD goodies. I'll be sure to post some pictures when the weather permits after I get it back in my possession. Once again, glad to see you back and I hope your recovery continues to go well.

Hey Jorge, just found the Daytona thread with your pics and saw also that you were down with the heart procedure......I'm very glad that you were able to get the stints in time and are recovering well. That was a 'close' call, so take advantage of the 2nd chance and live every day to the best. I know you will. I've still got to get down to southern Fla. to see you. And your newest bike.
