I just installed the slip-on CFR's this past weekend on my 08SEUC. I have a SERT and a HB intake and need to know if a re-tune is the way to go. It seems or feels like I'm running a little rich. I'm getting flames out the R/H tailpipe.

 Why did you not like your Rhinehart's and why are the CFR's so much better?  Did you have Tru Dual Rhineharts or just slip on?
I enjoy my Rhineharts but always looking for something better.

Randy I loved my Reinhart's but those CFR's I feel in love with. They have such a rumble to them and they look awesome!! Well Made!! At this time I have just the slip-on's. When it goes out of warranty I will look into true duals.

How'd the tuning issue turn out? I'm in the same boat. Have rinehart slip-ons on my 09RKC, but they're not loud enough. Should have went with the CFR's. Maybe I'll wait till next year to switch over. Any increase/ decrease between the two products???

The CFR's sound great but I'm running extremly rich compared to the Reinhart's. I also have the washer sound going on when I accelerate. I am heading over to Harley this afternoon because they said they can fit me in today and have the bike re-tuned.I will update you once all this is done.

The answer is in on the CFR's. They have very little back pressure your motor will need re-tuned. I had the bike in the Dyno for 3 hours and it is sounding and running awesome. 89 horses with 109Ft/LBS of torque. Big differance between the Reinharts and the CFR's.

Just replaced my OEM SE slip-ons with CFRs this weekend. Pics and sound to follow. Love the look, great sound and it seems to perform better.  Haven't changed the air filter or added a SERT, but it just feels better running.  Friend at the dealership told me that I could put these on without worrying about the other items at this time.  They are loud but if you can stand it, they are great.  Wife was in the shower, upstairs, other side of the house and heard me leave this morning.  :) :orange:

What size are they?  4"?  They look similar to the Klockwerks pipes.

yes, 4" is about correct, just slightly bigger than the EOM SE slip-ons.

Who sales CFR slip ons?   They are nice looking. Do they have a web site?

Thanks

I can't praise these enough, I have been running these slip-ons on my '09 Street Glide, with Screaming Eagle intake, Power Commander and Power Commander Autotune and have had nothing but love for them.  Their deep, throaty roar will shake a house and set off car alarms.

Their customer service is fantastic, when I first picked up these pipes from a friend I had questions and Carey was the company representative to respond to my emails, and recently had an issue with the chrome plating on the tips, sent CFR an email and they replaced them, the only cost I had to pay was shipping.

Their website is CFRmotorcycles.com
