Thanks guys!
tjp, the 21 wheel was a bit to get on the bike. I had to raise the front fender an inch because it wouldn't just bolt on. Also, I had to find reducers, because the front axle is 3/4 and the 3/4 bearings were too big for the breakout wheel which is a 25mm and the ends stuck out too far out of wheel hub (no solution). So I had to find some aftermarket reducers and take it all to a machinist to get set properly to line up with caliper etc... The rear is a pretty direct bolt on but the bearings still have to be replaced to the 3/4. I also lowered the front an inch to compensate for the geometry of the wheel raising up so it kept the bike pretty close to factory for riding level. I do have air on the rear so not sure how much that affects the handling geometry but it sure is waay better than stock suspension.
I guess that's about it on that. Those wheels are now on back up and so are the front tire for it. You have to go with dunlop on that tire because that was the only maker that made a low profile tire for 21 and keep the 130 fat width.
Let me know if you have any questions. It was quite a bit of work for something I had originally thought was a bolt on change, but the fender didn't clear.
