05 CVO Fatboy paint

Does anyone else have a problem with the paint on the front fender tip? I have a one inch rust line under the clear coat!! there is no chip in the paint what soever.

That happened to me twice on the fatboy both times there was and is no chip in the clear coat. I think it's one of the reason the MC has limited the grinded metal look.

mine has the same thing.  talked with a guy i know that does custom paint on bikes, said it can be fixed and went over the process on how he would fix it, he said it wouldnt be difficult.  did not get into price or anything like that.
