I want to purchase these rims for my 05 SEFB, can some please tell me exactly what else I would need to purchase in order to have these installed?

The images seem to show bearings in the wheels.  His description says those aren't supplied though.  So you'll need bearings.  Might as well get chrome caliper and pulley bolts while you're at it.

There are spacers in your wheels between the bearings.  You can use those over again.  Will have to remove at least one bearing from your existing wheels to get them out.  The new bearings can be purchased relatively inexpensively too.  Check eBay or even J&P for pairs of 3/4" wheel bearings.  Probably less than $25 a pair.
