just put new stator and voltage in and ai new batt .ran it and still when i let it sit for a week the batt goes dead  please help.

Have to make a few assumptions based on what you've written.  If you've got the new battery and new charging system and if the bike was ridden enough to fully charge the battery and if the new battery wasn't in some way defective it obviously should have lasted longer than a week before being dead.

A good bet is always to check what was last touched.  So recheck all the battery cable and other harness connections to the battery and from the regulator and the stator.  Might just be something not attached or tight as it should be.

Make sure the charging system is working.  You didn't say what the gauge displayed while you were riding.

If all the work was done well, all the parts are working as they should, the new battery is good and the system still discharges in a week you've got something draining the battery that (obviously) should not.  That can be difficult to track down. 

There are several things on the bike that use small amounts of electricity even while the bike is turned off.  That won't discharge it in a week tough.  Something is pulling more than it should.  What that something is, however, can't be known without wading in to to the problem.  You can use a meter to measure power usage and pull fuses from individual circuits to begin to narrow the problem down.  This type of problem is still one that can take awhile though.  Good luck.

Not sure what that means:  "have a led module in it for the light."  You mean you've put in an LED headlight?  Or added some other LED lighting elsewhere?

In any case so long as the lights under discussion aren't lit when the switch is off they shouldn't be your problem.  As for any other "HELP" unfortunately there is none to give beyond saying you have to find what is drawing power either more than or when it shouldn't be.  That troubleshooting is something that can't be done remotely.  You or someone else will have to actually work on the bike and track it down.  Way too many options to guess.  You or someone will have to take a systematic approach checking a circuit at a time and expanding from there until you find it.

If you have access to some basic meters (voltmeter, ammeter, etc.) and know how to use them, you can troubleshoot this yourself.  If you do not have the proper equipment or knowledge, you will need to have someone qualified do the troubleshooting for you.  This is rarely something that you can just keep changing parts to find, and it sounds like you've already replaced the three main items anyway.  If the battery goes flat in a week, it either isn't being fully charged or there is something drawing excessive current while the bike is parked.  That's were the meters come in.  Sorry I can't offer an easy answer.

How to "start" has already been discussed/described.  Needing to ask the question the way you have suggests the bike needs to go to the shop.  If you don't trust the dealership find a local indie shop.  But find someone competent in electrical work.  What's been described so far are the absolute basics.  If that's more than you feel comfortable with the task really needs to be in someone else's hands.
