You're going to have to be a LOT more specific than that.  What wires?  What static...FB's don't have radios/CB

There are many aftermarket options for spark plug wires.  Some are damned expensive too.  None are going to make any real difference.  The stock wires are actually pretty good.  Spend your money on something that actually makes a difference.

What he said.  Assuming you're talking about spark plug wires, if yours are in need of replacement I'd suggest replacing them with the same thing.  You aren't going to gain anything by spending a bunch of money on aftermarket wires, some of which don't get along with the stock Delphi ignition system anyway.

btw, what makes you think your current wires need replacement?

I put ona a set of the S/E wires in orange ............under $20 from Rebecca...added some needed color... and smoothed out the idle a bit...maybe just my imagination though.
