Thanks, I thought they did, the original owner swore the dealer never gave them to him, I believe him. He is an older guy, seemed straight up.

Replacement key from HD will cost you $90.00, got to go through your local dealership.

I did find that the original owner did give me the cover, it was in a box with some other original parts that he passed on to me. (only took me a year, DUH!)
