Have a pulled out insert for my inner fairing that secures windshield on my batwing fairing. What is the fix.. Thanks....

Glue it in with JB weld. Try not to get it on the threads.

There is a threaded insert you can replace it with.  16585-96.  Original is not threaded.  OE suggestion is to cut threads with the insert itself but I always run a tap in the hole first to get the process started.

Have dealt with several of the original inserts pulling out over the years.  Never had one of the replacement threaded inserts fail.

Thanks, found one and I used a 1/4" bolt to screw it in. No tap needed. I held it in place and looked just right so I did it.. Worked great.. Thanks..
