Dealer in milwaukee advised that Reinharts were way better than the VH ovals i had but is it me
? Or im sure they are louder than they were and the chrome isnt as good .
Sure they look ok but after a few hours ....... earplugs required.

Reinharts are better in what way? Many loud pipes are just that - loud, but do not enhance performance. I've never heard anyone speak of using Reinharts to obtain more horsepower or torque, but have never researched this. I'd inquire about what system matches your set up best for performance, unless loud is what you're seeking.

Always hear that the Rineharts are loud...put the 4" slip ons on my 2014 RK and it was not loud at all.  Went to a Fullsac sport pipe to get rid of the cat which added more sound, but I still think it's too quiet!  My 2002 Springer sounds better!
