2002 FXDWG3 Navy Pearl Paint

I recently purchased a 2002  FXDWG3 Switchblade with 1100 miles.  No, it wasn't owned by a little old lady; it was a little old man. I need to do some work on the fairing as it's heavily scratched. That is the bike's ONLY issue. But it can be fixed without getting the silver foil flames.  Ultimately I'd do back flips for the Navy Pearl paint code but I've searched for days and nothing.  So... have anyone ever used VRM Paints? http://www.harleydavidson-paint.com/navy.html

It was once recommended by TWOLANERIDER on another thread but that was three years ago. 

Any help would be muchly appreciated.
