Went to my dealer today and it was a wonderful CVO kinda day. I first drove up and saw a Cherry with a trailer. I left a card on the windshield and stepped inside and met the owner. His name was Bobby from Marianna AR. Then I see Jerry (ulrtafxr) pulling up on his O/B Jester. We go for a little scoot letting him ride my nana to see if D&D's are too loud for him. Had a nice scoot, love your shifter extensions Jerry!
Get back and see another instructor for the riders edge class rode his SE Springer. He came out and fired it up for us, I gave him a website card too. He tells us about the SE Dyna that just came in so Jerry and I go in the back to look at her. I slip a CVO card in the side panel for the future owner! [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]
Walked inside the showroom floor and they haven't sold the SE Road King yet. Sure would be a nice Christmas gift for someone here!!!!!
Stepped outside and was heading to my scoot and this cute well dressed middle aged women and her husband are around my bike pointing. As I get closer she blurts out to her husband. "That's one Bad A$$ Looking Bike" as she turns and looks right at me then smiles and asks, is this yours? I'm smiling like mule eating brier and say "Sure is". I pop off my Lil Banana and we head home on a beautiful 70 degree December day! Another great day at Bumpus HD in Mempho Town! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

I always notice that people do not screw the gas cap all the way down on those recess gas caps!
I did that once on the Frontier.

Tell the lady that runs the clothing section ( can't remember her name) that the guy from San Diego is kicking himself for not buying the black H-D cowboy hat. LOL Also please let everyone at Bumpus in Memphis know how welcome they always make me feel and what a great dealership I think they have

The hat on display was an XL and it fit perfect. Sheila might even remember me cause we talked about it while the service dept was detailing my bike for the price of an oil change. No you don't need to be Santa, yes I will see you next time I am in Memphis but you have to promise me a personally guided tour of Graceland.

JR, so good to see you today brother. Thanks for all the great pix of my ride and all the others. I tried to entice J Carolyn to come with me since I planned to get a photo of the B&O for my new avatar. But she had other priorities. Next time maybe.

The red '07 SERK at Bumpus had a sold label on it this afternoon. I saw the red '07 SE Dyna in the back. I think that it's one of the best looking of the '07 SE lot.

Looks like a great event for CVO numbers at Bumpus.
Glad to see we are getting more cards out there. Sure hope everyone has cards to keep our numbers growing.
I just get excited when I see another CVO up here, caught one at an intersection yesterday 06 Blk/Crimson, I was in the cage and said to Cindy, "there goes your bike", her casual reply......"I wonder if his paint is screwed up too."
I guess she's paying attention to our site or at least to my ramblings about it.

Thanks JR, Gary and Candy. Yeah, she is a happy camper with the new scoot. I'll tell you I have gotten more compliments on the B&O jester. Everyone loves it, and so do we, of course. And when I spent some time with my buddy JR last Sat. I releived myself of some more green for some more chrome. [smiley=cherry.gif]
