 replaced my soundz amp (free) it bit the dust on my Arkansas trip, up graded TP speakers with iron 65, they traded the 61s plus 150 bucks.  replaced the commander 3 on the front, it broke a belt or something, started vibrating at 65 mph and got worse the faster i went, pulled it off had it checked and it wanted over 3 oz so back to a Dunlop for now, all is good.   gave it a 3 hole service. repacked my mufflers, right muffler packing was gone. ready to hit the road next weekend, heading to Wisconsin/ upper Michigan area

Installed a Softbrake Extended 1” Brake Lever & their Extended 1.5” Shift Levers.

Not today OR on my CVO but middle grandson rode to Myrtle with me last Sunday. 446 miles in a day. His first long ride and he did great.

...and then wanted to ride back with me yesterday. 894.5 miles total. Pretty proud of him. He is already talking about when we can do an iron butt ride. Not bad for a ten year old. Not many his age have that under their belt.

What a thrill for the both of you.

You are a lucky fellow for sure.  Not only for having a grandchild, but one that can go the distance with you.

As previously said, you will both remember that first big journey for the rest of your lives.

Way to go Howard & Grandson who no doubt kept Gramps heading in the right direction.
