probably a question for steve. can you put fulsac baffles in rhinehart mufflers? if so, how difficult? rhineharts are 2.50 I think. maybe do 2.0or 1.75? got a friend looking to change up.
-
Why would you. Rhinehart sound great.

when he had the cat removed, sert installed the fuel mileage went from 45 on the hwy to 35. he's talked with Steve about the fulsac pipe, mufflers & tts tun. doesn't want to spend that kind of money right now.Steve said with 2.50 baffles, not enough back pressure. plus you have to run it richer ,meaning MORE fuel

The Rineharts baffles are 2.25

The Rineharts baffles are 2.25
The 4 inch Rineharts are 2.50 Unless they have made them smaller in the last two years.

I have Rineharts 3-1/2, what size baffle does that pipe take?

Back in the day, when Gerald Rinehart and Don Tilley designed those exhaust, they were the chit. When Gerald sold out to Bub's or whoever, junk. D&D Fatcats or Borzilla are my choice. Look good, hell of a lot better than Rinehart, sound better, and perform better. Rineharts are old news, and when they break, and they will, bring or send them to me. I'll send you whatever scrap price is at the time. There endeth the lesson. Later--HUBBARD

Hubbard is right again. My Rineharts were chipping, I sold them and added D&D Fat Cats true duals, 2 into 1 with ghost pipe. Sound a heck of a lot better and had more by the seat of the pants kick. I have them on my 2013 Cvo Roadglide Custom. Everyone turns heads to get a look when I pass. Unless I'm just that good looking. hehe maybe...
