I dig these detailed build threads.  Been watching and rarely post in them.

Back to your soldering.  Work looks fine to me.  Easy to bend and reheat if not right, and Dremel sand away any sharp edges.  Shrinkwrap those joints and you'll be fine.  Only suggestion is to stagger groups of solder joints 1-2" so you don't have one "lump" of soldered joints wrapped up in parallel.

You know it’s an awesome build when I’m super excited to see it and it’s not even my bike!!  Looking amazing (but of course, I’m partial to the Gunship Gray bikes).

Neither, I ran it all down to Joe at Xtreme Dimensions. I am adding a couple of subtle graphics and he was the right guy for the job.

The 7/16 banjo bolt showed up and it isn't big enough for the ABS master cylinder line. There isn't anything bigger available.

Let's try this. I stepped the bits up until I reached the desired size.

I cleaned up the hole with a small file and I'm good to go. I was concerned with enlarging the hole I'd loose volume around the bolt for fluid. Jr1000yarder had to do the same thing and his bike with a turbo stopped without issue.

With a little luck I'll be able to add fluid this weekend and test all of my connections.

Figured Joe could do it, he does very good work.  If I do the lowers may go that route if my local guy can't get a good match.
