Lost hp with HD Heavy Breather

Had my bike at the shop this week for some upgrades Installed the heavy breather from HD and LOST 6 hp on the dyno the turner said they have seen this before so went back to the original set up and a K&N filter....

Very interesting...Looks like it would be decent flowing. I guess maybe  the right angle or shape of filter had something to do with it. Did they retune for the filter change or just install and make some runs>???Just curios as i am putting a bike together using one but will go wit the doherty if its no good.

Turner said it caused to much turbulance , retuned the bike with K&N filter and it did great 104hp 118tq  this guy knows his ----  ask Chip

Not good!  What kind of bike do you have?  Which motor & what mod's have you made?  Was the change just the air filter or the whole stage 1 kit?  Thanks for the info!!

 jOHNNY  IT IS AN 07 SPRINGER WITH SERT V&HPRO PIPE AND K&N FILTER
