2011 SERG BOUGHT BY DOOFUS

What a pleasant and professional purchase experience at HD of Washington DC.  The 2011 gray SERG is in my garage.  (I'll post pix when I'm not a newbie).  It was just meant to be.  They gave me 2k more for my trade in than those "people" at echd.  And, HD washington had a great deal going for prep and set up charges.  I'm happy.  My compliments to Tom the Business Manager, Jen the GM and Tim K my great pal in Service who will be doing my dyno and pipes.  This is bike purchase number 10 for me -- and it was the best by far !!  And I've had some true purchase day horrors !!! AND A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!!  DOOFUS

Congrats!!! You got the better color too.  ;)  Now, we're twins, kinda, sorta.... 8)  I've never dealt with HD of Washington on bikes, but I've never heard anything bad about them.  Glad to hear it all worked out for you.
