110 Kit for 07's

Checked  to see if they had the 110 kit for the 07's and low and behold they do , only 2459.95 , you still have to get a map , primary gasket ..but not bad for that much grunt.

Do they tell you what the 110 kit consists of parts wise?

Do you need exhaust with O2 sensors?

Here's the list from the web site.  Basically, big bore cylinders and pistons, SE heads, SE cams, CVO air cleaner, CVO mufflers, as best I can tell.  Since this is only designed to fit an '07 bike, the O2 sensors will already be there.

And ..the motor has to come out and apart to bore the cases for the new cylinders..the 103 kit requires no case boring.. that $2460.00 figure just got ALOT bigger.

The 4" bore cylinders would require case mods on earlier years, but I'm not sure about the '07's.  More than likely the '07 cases are already set up to handle the bigger jugs.  Anyone know for sure??

For the 4" bore the cases have to be bored...the Jims case boring tool is listed somewhere on the H-d web site and the text states "for installing 110" cylinders on 07's..."
The 4" bore leaves room for a bottom "o" ring seal instead of a base gasket as is used when going to 113"   H-d felt better about warranting an "o" ring for two years than a base gasket...hence no 113" CVO bikes.
