pulling the trigger-- seat/stereo advice

So, I'm finally going to pull the trigger and make the leather tourpak detachable on my 06 Autumn Haze.  I need help, pictures hopefully, on what seat looks best.  My better half with probably be on the back most of the time so I don't think the young gun by corbin is doable.  I might even add a quick detach backrest for her.  I was thinking maybe the young guns gambler??  Also since I'm removing the tourpak I'm going to have to upgrade the stereo amp, I'm looking at either the Hogworks or the J&M,  I'll just be running the two front speakers (no lowers), can anyone compare the J&M to the HogWorks.  Thanks in advance for any help!!
