In Germany the Springer CVO's wouldnt get a Force-winder. However, I would like to mount the american Air Cleaner- Cover from the Fxstsse1 wich was produced in 2007.
However, I need the Partnumber!!??

Welcome to the site. Actually the U.S. air filter is not a forcewinder, but the Screamin' Eagle Heavy Breather from Harley-Davidson, part # 29253-08. You can buy that in Germany, or through any of the U.S. dealers. As far as the round cover goes, I think you would need not only to replace the cover, but also the backplate and air filter.
