Ah that's too bad. I hear the same stories all over the country, travelling for work and hitting way to many HD stores I can attest to it as can my closets and shot glass collection. My local store low ball'd me on my 06 RG trade in for the 09 SERG but after a bit of work, more like two days working back n forth, we did agree. I was like you, local shop did all work, had all receipts and they knew what I had in it. Though I don't feel as bad as others I have heard from. All want the 09 chassis for ride and handling and dealers are filling up with used stuff. Well hope to see ya there in calgary at the rally. Don't know if I told ya, we are at the Hilton by the HD shop, under Ron Zarr. A group of about 35 are making the short jaunt and then about 18 are heading on up to Alaska after the rally for a ride.
