Topic: Hello from Long Island NY, a new CVO Owner (Read 4141 times)

Just like to introduce myself. My name is Gordon from Long Island NY and this is my 3rd Harley. I had 2 V-Rods, a Saxon chopper, and just traded my 2009 Street Glide for a 2010 Softail Convertible. I loved everything about the street glide except for the head buffeting and ride height. I tried everything to fix the buffeting with windshields and wind deflectors with no success. With my 6', 31.5" inseam, I felt I was not in complete control of the bike with my feet not being firmly on the ground. Anyway I love my new orange convertible with the option to ride touring style or stripped to just spin around town. Its an eye catcher too.

Greetings from a fellow LI'er (Seaford). I just bought the same bike and was wondering if you ever did any exhaust / tuning work or have any plans to do so. We should definitely meet up in Captree or OBI one of these days. I don't expect to see too many of these on LI given the low #'s they built this year.
