Is anyone going to Sturgis? Does anyone have any security concerns with there bike [smiley=drink.gif]?

Will be cabling it to something stationary & solid,  disc lock,  security system,  not much else you can do.

Just got back from making a practice run with all our camping gear loaded, I tell you one thing the bike sure handles different when its loaded. (make that over loaded)

Am leaving for Sturgis on the 4th going to stop at Yellowstone on the way.  Is everybody going to meet someplace??

Leaving 8/8 and hope to arrive that evening (from Topeka, KS).  Keep me posted on any get togethers.  I'd like to meet and get some great pics.

Well I think we had planned to meet at whispering pines camp grounds,  since several of us are staying there.  probably easier than trying to get everybody together downtown.  If its ok with everybody I will post the address, let me know or send me a PM and we can exchange cell #'s

I have two sleeping cabins available at half price (due to my accident) at Whispering Pines.

If you plan on sleeping on the ground, think about the rain.  It rains at least once, almost every year.  You have an opportunity to get a bed at a very affordable price (sleeping cabins, beds only, no running water or toilets inside the cabin.....simular to the KOA cabins).

Leaving Calgary Aug 6 or 7th going through Montan, White Sulphur Spring, then to Hwy 212 to Alzada for a cold beer then on to Spearfish.

No worries of anyone stealing a lowly 03 Road Glide.
