EVERY BIKE IS DIFFERENT AS FAR AS H.P AND FUEL MILAGE YOU WOULD BE BETTER OF GETTING A MAP MADE FOR YOUR BIKE AND WHAT YOU HAVE ON IT EXHAUST,AIR CLEANER,ETC.... REALLY THE POWER, GAS MILEAGE WILL BE PERFECT ALSO THIER SHOULD BE NO POPING IF MAP IS DONE CORRECTLY..                       MRD.

dyno, I agree with you on needing to have bike dynoed. The problem I have is not having a dyno close. I have to take my bike hundreds of miles to have it dynoed. I plan on doing that, but for now I needed something to get by on. I used the map that Dave had, and it is working out very good. If anyone else has the problem I have, you might want to check out the map.

One thing everyone has to remember with these bikes is that if you dyno tune your bike it is dyno tuned for those specific conditions.

i had a custom map made for my bike, and it still popped on decel like crazy.
i called powercomander, and they told me to put -40 in the 0% throttle position from 2000rpm's-6000rpms.
it worked!!!
now it pops once in a while.

Hey BIKER 77
According to the Dynojet Site there is an authorized tuner it Midland TX which according to them is 142 Miles from you. I think with all of your problems you need to have it Dyno'd and the drive would be worth it. The info is below.
