I have several Pelican Cases for long guns but what I like even better is the Explorer of Italy cases.  The three I bought from EuroOptics for my AI AW and my TRG 42 and TRG 22 were factory pre-cut inside to fit the rifles with scope and had cut outs already for the bolt, a tripod plus 3 spare magazines, and even a Dewey cleaning rod.  :P

Thanks to all.  Was very time consuming, but with Grumpy's(Bruit is his actual name, but he's not very photogenic  :P) guidance I got the job done. He's grown into quite the handsome pup, love the brindle. Couldn't see it at all when he was a couple months old.
Used a piece of chalk to outline one at time, then my Benchmade Infidel to make the cuts and a razor for the shallow depth slices.
