I guess that's when I put the phone in my pocket and hook up the headphones, or learn to use the GPS that comes on my bike.  If it's raining, I don't think I am going to veer off course and then I could use the built in GPS.

Just my luck when going through some unfamiliar metropolitan area wondering if the soon to be upcoming exit was on the left or right in heavy traffic it'd be raining like hell.
