Electical Caddy Surprise

Pulled the Electical Caddy to work on the siren and a wire with plug fell out.  I have no idea what it is or what it's for.  I hate to just put it back together without knowing what it is.  I've searched the service manual and can't find anything that looks even close.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  See picture below.

Took this picture to the local dealer, it's the/a data port.  Thanks for all the help!

Which is more helpful?  A bunch of WAGs eating up the thread or no answer when there was none?

You really think out of all the folks here the entire crowd would pick you not to answer?  chit, AJ is the only here that important.
