Kinda reminds me of Jeff Goldbloom in "The Fly"  If that had been built in Ca. the EPA would only allow it to opperate during the winter months with a red sticker 'cause it sounds like a 2 stroke engine in there.

that thing must have one very sophisticated gyro system in it....it was amazing on how it kept itself upright on the ice patch and going down the snow-covered hillside...but have to agree, a freaky looking machine.
