Couldn't stay long as I was on call and had someone covering for me while I hooked up w/Dawg and had to leave before the brisket came out. I might have missed that, but I tell you I didn't miss some good eats.... both the chicken and the ribs were the shinizle!!! The chicken and the ribs had a great smoke flavor, the sauce was kick ass and I said it there so I may as well say it here (if I don't Dawg will)... even the bones had flavor that you could suck out of. :shocked2:

Gary I didn't know you were not only taking pics but going to post them as well. Yes this was a weekend when I was in rare form. I was having the time of my life to say the least. I am glad you made the trip, it was great seeing you. I am also happy that you enjoyed THE CHICKEN AND RIBS, but you did miss the best "BRISKET" it was off the chain.

What is the Marketing name going to be?

In this world that can be as important as the product itself.

I assumed it is a tomato based sauce!

Alabama has a Mayo based sauce? what is that like?

The name of the sauce ihas not been decided as of yet but we are getting close. I will keep everyone posted as it starts to happen!!!!

I can sell it by the 1 quart Mason Jar right now. If I can get enough people interested on here I will work out some kind of special deal on the quart.

If anyone wants the sauce, send me a PM. Shipping would be flat rate USPS. The cost of the sauce would depend on how many people want it. it cost me more to make it then it will when it is mass produced!!!!
