I seem to recall that the FXR4 was MSRP 17+ something .... but they were hard to find .... if you found them they were going (like most new ones those days) for about 20 - 21+ depending if it already had some 'extras' on it. 

I paid 19 for mine, in 2000, it had 316 miles on it

99 fxr3 cvo blue flame on blue
I just bought one, VIN ends 951265. 22,600 miles, very good to xlnt cond. Noticed in the "Registry" it was the first listed by McCarthy Wholesale in CA. I bought from a private party in CA. Can anyone verify that there were 64 Blue and 620 Green FXR3 CVO's produced in 1999? I've heard 900 of each, 900 total (Green and Blue), 900 between 1999-2000 (FXR2, FXR3 and FXR4), all hear-say. Any Harley literature that actually states the breakdown of the FXR3. Needless to say, it's a very sweet bike!

Hey there, Hows things going? I am not very computer savey,but I am an owner of a 1999 FXR3 Blue Flame. I have been trying to registar it there,to no avail. But the numbers are # 951535. It is in "perfect" condition.But modified with a Mustang seat and Metzger rear tire big as I could get,and holds like glue on the road.I still have the original seat too,in the box. Hope to see how many Ya'all found out of 64 made. Scott

Nearly half of them..not bad. I enjoy mine, on it last weekend for 100 mile loop, no weekend before last...its finally warming up here..58 today, 64, then 72 thursday.  ye ha
