non cvo on cvo

does anybody know if the regular breakout handlebar risers will work on cvo model .
looks to have more rise and pullback , is it chrome ?

The non-CVO riser is taller with more pull back and is in chrome, but our speedo basket is all one piece with the bottom section of our riser.

looked at parts break down and with out having all parts in hand I cant tell if it will work .
The pull back bar that hd sells is the same as the CVO bar
might be better going with after market apes since I might have to change cables with the non cvo riser
