Remembered it would be my best reply. Traded it in for a 2020 Road Glide Limited during the 2020 Sturgis Rally and it's a mixed bag of regret vs happiness of enjoying the new bike. Had the 131 kit installed before signing on the bottom line and it's been a gas. Working in Kuwait now and got to wondering if someone here purchased the old girl from BHHD. Hadn't been able to log into this site for awhile, especially from Afghanistan and surprised I'm able to do so today. My ramblings for today, would be cool to make the Bend GTG but not sure. Almost 65 which is the bounce out age for expats working in Kuwait but we'll see what happens.

Got mine out of winter hibernation this past weekend and went for a 20 mile ride, just so it could be cold and crappy this week.

I have been riding it the last three days.  Rode 334 miles Saturday on our Clubs annual Fallen Brother ride which I led.  Then Sunday I rode to church, then to lunch and then a nice 100 mile ride.  Rode again yesterday to the Oncologist then a nice 80 mile ride after.  Raining now, so I will have to move it so I can get my car out of Garage as bike parks in front of car in garage, parallel with the door

Where did you end up taking it? You're only an hour west of me.

Added mid frame deflectors. So far they seem to be keeping my inner thigh cooler. Still think I need to look into better cooling,  fan assisted cooler, Love Jugs? It's early in the season and I've had it bump off the engine management/cyl shut down thingy already. Getting out as much as I can. Here in BC, Canadia, the weather has been really, really hit and miss.

Cheers

Love Jugs is out of stock for almost everything. I too wanted the mighty might for my 2021 SESG but no luck. I'm currently in Panama City Beach Florida at the Thunder Beach rally. Cycle Solutions out of Ft. Myers sells them as well and they don't have any and haven't had any in months they told me.

Good luck

A new one will make you feel better, I’m too buried in my FLTRSE3 to consider that option.  :drink:

I feel your pain!

I had BUYERS REMORSE when I bought my 2019 after all the mechanical issues.
Spent too much money on the bike to ever sell it, so, it’s my last Harley.

Oh well.

Ya kinda get attached to something that you took 13 years & wads of $$$$$ to personalize, & my only faint regret was going nutz on the motor & 7 speed tranny, so it was hard to see it ride away but fortunately I sold it to a close friend that's ready to get off his 1985 stroked Evo, & due to some health issues I didn't feel confident maneuvering a 900 lb bike around so It was time to let Romeo go  :-X.  I did however buy something a little lighter a 2022 FXLR-ST getting all the paper work done now and expect to take delivery next week.

Those seem to be a hot seller.  Been told by a few FXR guys that these new FXLR-ST Handle great.  I am sure you will enjoy the new bike, looks good.

I like that nex fxr  :2vrolijk_21:

Took the 1” spacers off the floorboards, the extra lean angle will be used in the near future.  :orange:
