I never pay any attention to so-called "referral" incentives, from bike dealers or car dealers.  If a salesman or service department goes out of their way to treat me right, I recommend them just because I believe that's the way you help promote doing business the right way.  By the same token, I warn people away from those who treat me poorly or show that they don't have the core competence necessary to support the product.  Either way, I don't expect or want compensation for my honest opinion.  I'm not some money hungry celebrity who will promote anything for a buck.

Yep, agree with you totally Jerry.  I recommend those that have treated me well, and will steer people away from those that haven't.  It's just a matter of being treated right.
