100187 miles with a lot more left.

Jim (Screamin) and his lovely wife Joan stopped in for a little visit a while back.
Jim and I were out in the bike garage looking at the bikes.
He was studying the 03 and the 09 and I asked what he was thinking.
He said, "Sitting there is a 100,000 miles of fun in those two bikes!"
He was right, I had never thought about it that way.
52,464 on the 03 Classic and 47,723 on the 09 SEUC.
A 100,187 miles of good memories, curvy roads and great times.
The second best part I believe there is another 100,000 miles left in these two.
Never mind the SEEG or SERG or the past bikes these two have given me a hell of a ride.

This bike isn't quite family but it has been a fun ride.

And YES the SERG and the SEEG sit beside these two ready for the road.
My plan is when I hit 50K miles on the 09 to start riding the SERG more.
I'm very lucky to have such fine bikes and am ready to ride.
When it quits snowing.

What do you mean better weather?  Me and a few of the other Nor Cal krew put on a little over 250 miles on Sat. and spent an hour of it basking in the warm sun.........on top of Mt. Hamilton!  It was warm, it was sunny and it was beautiful up there.

I was telling John......it's clouds when it's above you, it's fog when you're riding through it and it's clouds again, when it's down below you a few thousand feet. ;D

Given the loop I did to get home, I ended up with 298 miles for the day!  Given I did 121 miles the day before, I was a happy camper this weekend.  :2vrolijk_21:

Beautiful bikes SBB, 'tis great to get a new perspective on life every now and then.
