'00 SERG fuel pump - OEM or aftermarket?

Decided it's time to replace the SERG fuel pump just as preventative maintenance.  Looked on line @ one of the 20% off HD stores; the pump & filter kits cost almost $400.  Looked on eBay & the same thing costs about $20.  What am I missing here?
