My throttle grip was hurting my hand. I had the Kury grips on my 08' and I really loved the feel but I really liked the look of the stock grips on the 09'. The only problem was I had to grip the throttle too tight and was stressing my hand after just 1 hour in the saddle. After putting on the ISO grips I don't have to grip the grip as hard. Also the little throttle boss is nice. After getting used to it you find yourself using your palm without even realizing it. Of course when you are cruising in the straights this is not a problem. For some reason the spring tension does not feel as tight after changing the grips. That doesn't make any sense except the diameter is a little larger which would make it easier to turn. T.
