The wheels are the same on an 09 whether they are ABS or not.  The only difference is the front wheel bearing on the LH side of the bike is shielded for the ABS pickup.

The rear wheel bearing on the RH side of the bike is shielded for the ABS sensor.

When I say shielded which may not be the correct wording, the cover on the sealed bearings are plastic for the ABS and not metal.

Hope this helps.

I believe you can use ABS bearings on a non ABS bike-don't know which way you are trading.

In the last few years, the wheels from HD are generic, you buy the hub adapter kit depending on application.  Thus you can convert an ABS to non ABS and vice versa for short money.  They do not have to have so many part numbers based on application.
