Hello,

except the rear exhaust manifold which is very fragile (known problem until 2008), no problem for me.

There was a recall / product enhancement number 0905 that dealt with the cylinders, head gaskets, base gaskets, compression releases and valve guides as I recall.  So make sure this was done.  Other than that it is just the 'usual' 110 problems which do include lifters and cam bearings.

Valve guide took out the original factory 110 in my '07 at 22k.  Lifters and cam bearings took out the replacement motor at 60k (that's 60k on the motor itself).

Stock and early head gasket revisions tended to fail but the last revision held.
Rockers hit the covers but easy to relieve with a dremel.
Oem Inner primary bearings walked and most switched to aftermarket.
Normal problems with lifters and compensater.
Most everything else holds up if stock but if the rear wheel numbers are bumped up much, things will start to grenade.

And the 2007 did not come stock with the SE compensator...  It is a completely different compensator, far inferior to any of the 5 iterations of the SE compensator, if you can believe that's even possible...  (It is...)

If you are thinking about buying a 2007 IMHO I wouldn't. Good price or not. They had so many problems. I do know some people that had NO problems but they are the rare exception. The 2009 and up with the wider swingarm and larger axel are the way to go.
