Just a final reply about my install. I put the GTS in my 2018 CVO Limited. I have Soundz speakers and amp. Soundz sent me a loaner computer to flash my system. Joe from Soundz was on the phone with me as I flashed the system. He walked me through every step.  Took about 15-20 min. Everything is working as expected. No issues. I DID NOT have to go to Harley to get it flashed, the Soundz flash took care of everything.

Anyone know how to bulk delete all 6.5GT contacts? Upgraded to the new 6.5GTS and was fortunate enough to sell my old GT unit. After shipping it off yesterday, realized I'd not cleared/deleted my contacts first
Provided the latest 2020 navigation map, so don't want to reset/clear everything. Would like to advise the buyer how to clear only the contacts .
Or is it an issue at all? Would my contacts only appear when MY iPhone is paired to the GT ?

Thanks for confirming havenolife Posted my GT with GPS and USB cables for $549 (w/o shipping) on CL, RoadGlide.org and eBay. After a week with no action, reduced to $499/Offer shipped to Lower 48. Accepted an eBay offer of $450 shipped.

Transaction accounting: GTS=$1615-; USB cable=$49-; UPS shipping=$26-; GT=$450+; eBay fee=$45-; H-D dealer flashing=$50-. Total cost = $1335; satisfaction factor = priceless ! The improvements over the old GT are dramatic enough that I've no regrets whatever

Very pleased with the improvement of the GTS upgrade in my 2017 CVO Limited. I did the install myself. Pretty straight-forward.

My transaction costs:

GTS=$1519 Surdyke on sale
USB cable=$30 Surdyke
Free shipping
GT=$545 sold on eBay
H-D dealer flashing was free as a part of other work I was getting done
Total cost for the upgrade to the GTS = $1004

Right ……..it appears that the bikes with 4.3 radios weren't equipped with a USB cable. I purchased the USB cable solely to offer a more complete package in an eBay market now loaded with 6.5GT radios for sale.

I put the new GTS radio in my 2016 CVO Street Glide and watched the tech flash my radio right before my eyes. Made sure everything worked and was recognized and turned on. Days later Got to my CB icon which shows in my selections of options, hit the squelch button and screen says no CB installed. It worked when the digital technician was hooked up at the flashing, gives me CB icon to click on, hit squelch and says no CB. Anyone got any ideas/suggestions for this other than to reflash?

Its sounds like you have the CB but now it doesn't work? If this is the case, the first thing I would do is remove the fairing and check to make sure it didnt come unplugged, I had 16 CVO SG and did not have the CB, but if I selected it would try to connect and then would say no CB installed.

You live in Copley, nice, I grew up there but live in Stow, we will have to get together for a ride sometime!

Totally forgot about checking on the CB radio operation upgrading to the new GTS radio. My 2015 FLTRUSE came with a CB which I rarely used. Just like rogercm, operating the squelch button produced a message saying no CB. I recall having to turn the CB radio on in the old GT, but I don't see where to do that on the GTS. How the devil do you turn it on? Does the GTS have a flash setting which activates it? When the dealer first flashed my new GTS, they forgot to flash for GPS and I had no navigation screen! Is it similar for the CB?
