Clutch plate bolt torque?
« on: September 06, 2022, 12:04:05 AM »

Does anyone know what I need to to torque the clutch plate bolts too? And do I use red loctite, blue loctite, or nothing on the bolts. This is the slip & assist style clutch found on the later models. Sorry, I do not have a service manual that covers this newer style clutch. See pic for details. It is #1 in the pic.

Thanks, Shimaze

70 to 100 inch pounds. Use 242 or 243 blue Loctite.
