GPS routes & Android Auto
« on: January 23, 2023, 12:36:58 PM »

I have slowly become a fan of using Android Auto on my 2021 SESG. I have the ottocast so I can connect to android auto wirelessly and love it. Being able to verbally respond to any and all text messages also verbally pick music and routes is great.

Now my dilemma. I also thoroughly enjoy using the Harley ride planner then sending the route via phone app to my bike. It's great for really getting remote routes. The ride planner does have a few issues but for the most part it's relatively easy to work and it's free.

But is there a way to plan a route and load it into android auto or the waze in Android auto? That would be excellent.

I love using waze cause it also gives you real time traffic, Leo and any hazard locations.

So is it possible to plan routes somehow and load to waze?

Thanks

OK. So does that mean I could plan a route on Google maps then send it to waze? I don't know I've never used Google maps. Thanks
