I spoke to Joe yesterday.  First he is going to honor the 20% discount for the rest of the week.

I am 5'9" w 30" inseam and he recommends the 13" for me.  I also have a Corbin solo.  Has anyone used that size? Any comments would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Well, I'm never long wasted. However, it has been long since I was wasted... very long...

But it hasn't been long since I've seen a fuax waste gate... that was on another thread here...

Ted, I'm using the stock saddle (for now) and I'm 5'10" with a 30" ins...m. The Corbin saddle is lower than stock, I think. 13" should be about right for you, I think. The proof of the pudding will be putting it on the bike and seeing how things work out, though...

That`s he problem with all the high-quality custom seats like corbin and mustang , they bring you forward and or or lower and that`s not good with a long ins....am ( ups ... ähhhh.... short waist ) .

Okay, so I'm wide-waisted, too...  But the fact remains that, for a guy of my height, I'm a bit long-waisted...

thanks for the reply.  If I go with the 13", do you recommend the dark or lt grey tint.  It is hard to judge if i would have to look thru the shield alot of the time.  Thanks

I think dark looks a little better, but in many cases up close visibility is diminished, My friend used to ride with a dark on his street glide, since running over his neighbors kitten he has switched to Lt Gray.

Yep, it shipped yesterday and I'll see it today.  Invoice says $209.  Thats way cheaper than the $249 he quoted me a week and a half ago.

Well, its on the bike and I like it alot.  Less wind, less noise than the KW.  Like the way it mounted.  Came with whole bunch of hardware.  I would recommend everyone go get new rubber grommet nuts(whatever the hell you call them!) .  crush nuts, rubber.... the tightening thingies.
  Mine were distorted when I took off the KW and I ended up throwing them away.  Fortunately I had another set in the spares box.  13" is just right for me to see over.
