...just got back from the Harley shop...got 'Order Information' printout...Planned Ship Date shows 8/8, right under it shows Actual Ship Date 8/24 ...we're only 2 hours from York, but who knows, they may be goin' to Georgia first-hit us on way back...got my Purchase Order as well, will have checks ready tomorrow just in case...bribed the 'girl' Service Manager today w/chocolate ...will wait for me to unwrap if I want...'I'm hearing hoofsteps on the roof'...feel like a kid

My Dealership rally pissed me off today.  The sales manager in particular.  Telling me that it is not on his incoming list, F*(&ing A-hole!  The Salesman called me like 30 minutes later and threw his boss under the bus.  He told me that he didn't know where the S/M got the info but my actual salesman called SPOC and verified that it was shipped on Friday 08/22/08.  He told me to expect it in tomorrow and that he would call me when it came in.  I almost pulled my deposit and went elsewhere and/or with a different model.  Hopefully it be in tomorrow and I can tell the sales manager in person.

My wife actually likes the silver better.  I'm impartial to either one, love'm both actually.  But my dealer is only getting the orange one and the yellow one.

Mike, Granite or Stone Mountain, I presume?  I turned down a Silver one today, not because of the color because I like it the best.....just wasn't sure about the bike yet.

Granite, and they've been great to me in the past.  I guess the guy was clueless today.  Where was the silver one?  On order or already in.  Please dont tell me it's Killer Creek.  They are always over MSRP on in stock bikes.  The only way to get MSRP there is to get one on order.
