I have sold the V-Rod and my '01 Ultra is for sale. If I had any minor children I would have sold them too!!

He's gonna fit right in here.

Selling the children is definitely the way to go....  but do it early, once they start getting ink and piercing... you're SOL, nobody want 'em then.... 8-)

Guilty as charged......Been lurking for about a month since Mr Magoo told me about the site. My name is Curt Siebold and I live in Vancouver, Wa. Sold my 03 Heritage a few weeks ago and have had my 06 Black Candy Crimson and Slate Gray for about a month. Been working alot so only have about 300 miles on it, but I do love it. Been adding a few pieces of glitz to it when I have time. Since I live in the same town as Magoo, been able to tease a little. Great site. Lots of great info.

Thanks, Fly enough to stay current using friends airplanes....been browsing at planes, but you know how we boys are. We always have to have bigger and better. Been looking at the F33 Bonanza's. Not quite ready to step up. Depends on the lottery.

Yeah, I understand.  I got my ticket almost 25 years in a 140.  Though it was a great thing to move up from the old slow tail dragger when I finally got the chance.  Now I'm up just a few times a year to take friends for a ride in another friend's plane or maybe run upstate to a ballgame.  But I kind of miss the old tail dragger and the grass strip it called home.

1st plane was a 47-- 140 with a C90. Lots of fun, but needed more space and speed. Couldn't fit the wife and 2 kids in the 140 at the same time. They got kinda cranky...imagine that.

Skylane, welcome to the site.  Are you coming down to  the Sacramento Easryrider Bike Show with Dave (Magoo) and his crew?  If so, you'll meet a bunch of these guys in person.  Also, hope that you're able to make it to Cripple Creek, Colorado in June for the BIG one!............

That I can certainly imagine.  But at 20 years old I was more interested in all the place I could put slow little thing along with maybe one passenger and a picnic basket.  Our priorities do tend to evolve don't they.  Now the bike goes faster than it did, with really no more space for other stuff, but it's oddly satisfying.

...Even with the quiet baffles, they were too loud for my tastes.  I have since added Dragonwings, saddlebag and tourpack lights, and have a windshield with Eurolip ordered from Clearview windshields....

OK, I give up! What are Dragonwings? Freedom Wings maybe?  [smiley=wings.gif]
