Pearl in paint is vibrance      Liquid Crystal Emberglo (Vibrance)

Crystal Pearl and Liquid Crystal are unique selections of clear and color shifting crystal particles that greatly enhance basecoat color with a crisp and vivid sparkle effect                                                                                          This is mixed in clear coat sprayed over orange,and used to make copper overspray too.I think they also use in vivid black for sparkles.we used touch up paint to get orange base coat . then used this pearl in clear to get sparkle. good luck jdo

Vivid black is very close match to you black ice.  I have put a vivid black 08 ultra tour pack on my 07 black and orange cvo and even in the bright sunlight you can't tell the diff  My original plan was to stripe it and match the paint, but I would have wasted the money.  I just covered the silver factory stripes with red and orange and added a few more to the sides and lid and it totally matches the bike. Every time I take it on a poker run or to a big Harley Dealer I get guys coming and asking how I "matched the paint and stripes so well"

The tour pak stripes are actually not that light.  i think it's the way the flash hit them.  But when you look at the paint on the tour pak and rest of bike it's pretty hard to tell  Actually I think the inner fairing on these bikes are vivid black, or at least mine is.  Look at the inner fairing in bright sunlight... where's the flake?  I have the hogtunes tweeter pod as well, but I think I will paint it gloss or vivid black and it will match fine.  I have it on in the matte now, the way it came, and it really doesn't bother me too much

RW3673, can you give me the part number on the stripes, I just got the same tour pak for my 07 as well...By the by, my buddy put my leather tour pak on his 09 Orange SE Glide and it looks great, I just never really liked the thing myself.

Yup, I never liked the leather pak either  It's sitting in my basement... not a scratch on it if anybody wants to buy one.

Stripes are from UAP. They really only seem to produce one colour body stripe in orange.  I bought the half inch orange and the quarter inch bright red.  I think any autobody supply is going to have same stripes. They are all made by one of two or three companies.  $20 will stripe the whole thing three times.  I don't know how handy you are, but I just laid the half inch over the grey stripes and then put the bright red on either side.  I really just wanted to get an idea as what it would look like and planned to have the stripes painted... but you will be surprised at how well that vivid black tour pak matches, especially when you put some red and orange on it. I figure what I saved on paint and what I can sell my leather tourpak for will be enough to do some real engine mods next time my 110 pukes and has to come out
