I used an item from Custom Dynamics to make my corner tour pack lights work as turnsignals as well as still be running lights.   Since the LED's are not like a dual element bulb, they are not bright during the day as turnsignals.

Has anyone seen an '11 SEUC in person? I looked at the 360 degree views of the bike on the HD website, and the rear turnsignals appear to have amber lenses on them still. So the MoCo must not be using a run/turn/brake module, and must be doing something different?  ???

The lighting on the 11's is the same as our 10's..

The run/turn/brake module comes with the red lenses (get the one that matches your amber lens size) and the plug and play module, then splice into it and run wires to your tour pac lights.  OR

FWIW, the p/n's for the center, left, and right red LED assemblies are different in this kit from those on the 2010 CVO Ultra.  Not necessarily definitive, but suggestive that to replicate the turn signal and brake light brightness of the accessory kit on a '10 CVO Ultra will require more than a wiring modification.

Carl

Edit:  I deleted the reference to "module" after reading the directions for 67931-11/67932-11 (TP wrap around LED Kit) and the service parts list/pictures to see that there isn't a "module"--the module refers to a wiring harness that connects to a splitter/Y-harness that is installed between the bike's rear light connectors.

For convenience, here is the installation instruction sheet for the tour pak wrap-around LED light kits, p/n's 67931-11 and 67932-11:

jdo, do you have the specifics on your "own y adapter" and what actually you did to make it work?

Like to do this to my 010 CVO but, until I can find a way to brighten up the lamps when flashing, I do not see the point.

Lights flash bright and works good using earlier part number and self assembled y from hd plug parts.

IMHO I have the best of all worlds with my tour pak lights.

I have this set up from Ride Time Technology.

http://www.ridetimetechnology.com/tp_rtupro.htm

The $54.95 kit that Harley sells only adds the turn signal function to the running and brake function of the tour pak lights.

I helped install 2 sets of the Harley kit this past weekend and did notice a few things that were odd.

To me it seems odd that making your tour pak lights fully functional would also include 4 way flasher capability with this kit. But it doesn't.

Also on the two kits installed this weekend they were originally set up to run the lower turn signals as tail lights. With this tour pak turn signal kit that

feature no longer works.

But back to mine from Ride Time, these are an LED board so they are brighter than stock. They also allow the tour pak lights to be used with the 4 way flashers.
The Ride Time lights also work with the Harley system so my lower turn signals are also running and brake lights.

IMHO, this is much better/brighter than the $54.95 Harley kit!

SBB

And running the 4 way flashers in parade duty it's very impressive with all those lights back there!
